Manager was very rude, refused to allow me to attend proper epic training due to staffing issues then complained I wasn’t fast enough. Expected one person to handle 100+ phone calls a day and document all immediately as well as other receptionist duties with no assistance from other staff members. Refused to allow me to leave early to go to urgent care/dr appointment for immediate medical issues due to me being new. Did not give me full explanation for why I was let go, I was eligible to transfer but the company did not allow it. Manager was extremely kind upon hiring but quickly became extremely rude and condescending. The doctor repeatedly ignored phone calls ans medication requests which increased number of phone calls per day.
