Pros
It's a job, the providers are kind and overall good to work with
Cons
The work load is insane. You don't get much pto. They take the pto out for holidays so your left with not many days. So pray you or your family doesn't get sick. Meanwhile the providers get Alot of PTO and extra money for more people they see. The lower employees don't get anything. No appreciation, no extra money, no bonuses. You do get a raise in October every year but everyone gets the same and it's about .25. There is no encouragement to try harder or want to be there . They want you to work harder for less pay and keep medical assistants because MAs are leaving because they see the issues that are happening. Upper management do not care because their pockets are full.
