Pros

To be associated with this house is amazing. Its one of the largest fashion houses in the world. It's one of the only remaining houses in the world that can still call its-self at present, a house of haute couture. This I was very proud of.

Cons

Where to start. Quality control was and is terrible. Buying team is also stuck on trends that are not functional in the american market. To be fair, they are only given a small amount of control from the actual paris buy. To say repetitive is an understatement. Now to name names.....Turn over rate in executive management is ridiculously high. Taking one ineffective manager from Vuitton and placing her in the captains seat of this faltering brand. Breathing fire and trampling villages or stores in this case with no actual plan to this madness. Tenured managers thrown out with no regard to their wealth of knowledge for the brand. Regionals being brought in with no previous multi store management skills. I could go on, but this review is negative enough.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and a supportive atmosphere. The workplace is organized and generally runs smoothly. There are opportunities to learn and improve skills, and most people are willing to help each other when needed.

Cons

Communication could sometimes be clearer and processes could be more efficient. Additional training and better organization in certain areas would help improve the overall experience.
