Pros
Great nurse residency training and overall collaborative culture. Pay and benefits are decent.
Cons
Nurses are a cog in the wheel. I started as a new grad in 2020 and it was a horrible experience. My first ever float, I was sent to the Covid floor 3 days after the nurse residency and they gave me 7 high acuity patients and no PCT to assist; it was extremely unsafe! This colored my overall experience and it just felt downhill from there.
