Pros
Working as a SNE while working on my nursing degree was perfect, the staff was extremely welcoming and answered my many questions. It was a great way to learn about the basics of patient care, as well as how to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
Cons
The only problem I came across was trouble with staffing - there would often be too few nurses and far too few techs on the floor.
