Pros
Every one here is very friendly and very collegial. I have worked here as a resident physician for 2 and a half years and I am continually stuck by how friendly, approachable and intelligent all of the staff here are. The facilities are beautiful. Everything from a medical point of view is done here (with some small exceptions, such as lack of a burn unit or most solid organ transplants). It has been a great place to start a career and complete my education.
Cons
You lack some of the excitement of being in a major city, but Philadelphia is only a half hour away.
