Pros

Every employee I have met at ChristianCare works their hardest to help their coworkers, patients, and the patients' families. They are the backbone of the Hospital. Nurses, M.A.s, office assistants, direct managers and Doctors; they all do their best to work with the system they are handed. If it were not for their hard work and dedication to helping people, the hospital would completely fail.

Cons

The lack of support and loyalty from the "corporate" side of the hospital to their employees is appalling. They dismantle departments that help keep each division of the hospital functioning, remove positions that were keeping each department organized and let go of employees that are desperately needed in those departments. There is a deficit in the training and organization within the departments and each employee does the job of 5+ people at once and it is not enough to keep the departments and the hospital functioning. It's unfortunate that such a large hospital full of a magnificent staff is failing from this lack of support.
