Honestly, at this point I feel like their maternity leave benefit is the only pro.
Cons
Where shall I begin? I’ve worked here for 12 years and the culture is beyond toxic. Pay is extremely low. Other organizations in the area offer almost $20/hr more. Upper management requests more work while taking away resources. We are expected to see more patients, even when we are vocal about safety concerns in increasing our volume.
