The new leadership in physician scheduling has ruined the job. Training is a joke. The rules change constantly, leadership treats you like you're a robot, embarasses you in front of your coworkers, no support, sets you up to fail, hangs you out to dry, overwhelms you with too much then penalizes you for making a mistake but whines to you about how overwhelmed they are. She is a disappointing supervisor and never should have been promoted.
