Regarding your comments around ‘unclear’ prospects, we do encourage promotions from within, however we have identified a need for more structure around career progression and have developed career paths for all roles in the business. With regards to investing in junior staff we have significantly increased our investment in learning and development, including an app for development in line with our leadership/competency model
