Dear Glassdoor Member, Thank you for your positive feedback - we are glad that you find working here interesting and varied. We are sorry that you feel that as a member of supporting function that you are not always seen as being as important as the Art Departments; the reality is that the Art departments are the revenue generators that keep the company afloat, but we do work hard to try and ensure all employees feel valued, whichever department they may work in. We recently conducted an Employee Engagement Survey and we have robust plans in place to improve communication and some other operational issues.
