We are really pleased to hear that you found it a thrilling environment and that you worked alongside interesting colleagues. It is a shame to hear that the salary was a ‘con’, we aim to be in the upper quartile for our sector and keep pay constantly under review to ensure it is appropriate for the role and location. With regards to fixed term contracts, like most other companies we utilise them to give us flexibility.
