As a former employee thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working alongside smart people that were passionate about art. We are sorry to see that you felt you had a poor work life balance, we hope that you raised this issue with your line manager. Also, with regards to your comments about pay we aim to be in the upper quartile for our sector, and keep this constantly under review to ensure pay is appropriate for the nature of the role. As for training, we offer a broad curriculum that is open to all staff.
