In reference to your comments around investment and career progression, we have identified a need for more structure around career progression and are therefore creating a more robust career path framework. However, we have recently strengthened our L&D team globally and have launched a global L&D offering which covers multiple training opportunities. In terms of compensation, we aims to provide competitive total compensation and we also strive to offer a good benefits package to all our employees; as with most companies, pay is linked to personal and company performance. Christie’s is a seasonal company that by nature is fast-paced and exciting. Therefore, volumes of workload will vary.
