However, we have recently strengthened our L&D team globally and have launched a global L&D offering which covers multiple training opportunities. Furthermore by nature, we are a fast-paced company and as sales are seasonal, volumes of workload will vary and communication between departments may feel strained at times, however we feel that this can be the case in any profession with key deadlines.
