Pros
Very prestigious company with access to interesting co-workers, wealthy clients and general autonomy to do your job. Access to some of the best art on the planet.
Cons
Very much a who you know over what you know environment with wealthy people who work because they love it, not because they have to. Many of the employees there are peers to the clients, so if you are not, you come to work at a distinct disadvantage.
