Pros

Work life balance is phenomenal. This includes regular working hours, little or no overtime, working from home , ad-hoc time off for personal reasons and no weekend working. Convenient location, if you live in or around London. Nice, friendly and for the most part competent people.

Cons

Zero progression options. They do not exist regardless of performance. Extremely poor senior leadership. Simply put, they do not know what's going on or have any idea how to achieve a strategic goal. Extremely poor communication. This no doubt stems from the overall lack of leadership within Christie's, but it is prevalent throughout all levels of the business and often no one has any idea what's going on, let alone why. Salary is a joke. Whatever you start on you will remain on, even in years to come. Doing the exact some role in another company will net you at least a 30% pay rise. Bureaucracy is beyond a joke. Processes are implemented just for the sake of implementing them. Even when they literally hinder real work.
