Pros
The people are (overall) great, hardworking and go the distance to help one another. I feel supported and rewarded by my manager for my performance. Benefits are average and have declined since acquired by Ace.
Cons
Company in on warpath to automate processes to create efficiency gains (ie future job cuts/expense savings). That might be neat in 5-10 years once it's established, but current internal environment is upside down, extremely stressful and inefficient to work in today. Existing systems/platforms breaking down left and right such that employees cannot do their jobs effectively. Jobs in support staff areas are not getting refilled fast enough to keep up with growing business demands...which is grow grow grow! Huge disconnect between what is really happening on the ground level and upper management.
