Pros
You can learn a lot about insurance. 40 hr work week. Good 401k match. You get 6% automatically deposited each year. Then if you put in 6% of your salary you get a 3% match. Lots of PTO time, you'll earn it though.
Cons
Work gets repetitive, advancement is unlikely unless you work in home office or one of the larger offices. People tend to get stuck in whatever they were hired to do for years and you'll get minimal raises. The computer systems are pretty old and require a lot of extra work to get simple tasks done.
