If you are a sales rep and looking to work. Better avoid working there as they have a policy of making regular mistakes in paying commission. You have to audit every month to make sure your commission is paid properly. That takes sometimes a whole day to investigate. Then after that you have to convince the commission team that they did mistake. If they agree then you get paid. Last year they had 80/20 game that they played with us. They pay you initially 80% of your sales and hold 20% and pay that after 3 months. In 2023 they did 60/40. Now they hold 40% and pay after 3 months. In mean time if you leave the company then that 40% is gone they will not pay that. It looks joke to me. When I left them and moved out of the country they had to pay me above $6000, but they took it from me.
