Usually understaffed due to corporate wanting to save a dollar to make the bottom line better for themselves and their bonuses. There really is no concern for the guest or staff from a district manager or higher. Due to under-staffing, you have to usually do the job of more than one person. You work very hard hoping to get recognition, but to no matter how hard you work, when review time comes, you may as well get a kick in the face. You are rated on a scale of 1-5 and weather you are a 1 or 5, they give you the same amount in a raise which amounts to nothing.
