If you examine this job description this job is grossly underpaid. Room for advancement is all but non-exisitant and their are too many people in upper management having too many "great ideas" and implementing new procedures and issuing directives to pile on top of those implemented in weeks/months/years prior, never taking away, just piling on... creates total confusion.
