chronic understaffing, increasing workloads, and a lack of meaningful corporate support. my responsibilities have steadily expanded well beyond the traditional scope of my job because of a poorly structured contract and bonuses of people who don’t do the work.. The expectation to absorb additional responsibilities became the norm rather than the exception. Long workdays and workweeks were common, yet there was little acknowledgment of the workload or the impact on employee well-being. Requests for assistance often resulted in being directed to resources that had already been exhausted or receiving little practical support. Communication from corporate leadership was often inconsistent, particularly during periods of significant operational change. Expectations shifted without corresponding documentation or guidance, leaving sites to navigate complex issues with limited support. Also, constant turnover in executive level positions gives the appearance of instability
