Pros
A welfare program is good. A salary is also high enough to live Japan. Since it is a subsidiary of Roche, there are several opportunities to acquire a high-level skill and knowledge.
Cons
There is some overtimes, depending on a department. Partly because it could be Japanese culture and because a human resource is limited. Similarly, vacations for a couple of weeks are not acceptable.
