Management is not open to listen, they have a rigid culture. Colleagues who have worked for awhile foster a toxic gossip environment and gossips about any newcomer and spreads malicious things. Very slow progression based on duration instead of merit and increment is low, less than 10% for promotion. Yearly increment cannot even beat inflation.
