Pros
The office was clean. The location is Chuo city at Tokyo. It’s in center of Tokyo so access is good if you live in City center. Frequent training for freshmen. If you’re promoted, you can get trainings for the new position too. Paid holidays are 18days. The company actively pushes to take it without leaving.
Cons
It’s hard if you haven’t experienced Japanese company culture. The company has partnerships with Roche from Switzerland. But not so many officers exchanged. The company’s main statements are “Innovation” and “Diverse”. But I don’t think Diversion is done in elderly officers. The decision system is top down. I couldn’t be fit in.
