It have it issues like any other manufacturer company but I consider it not the worst out there

Great benefits and compensation package. This is a company that has some employees who have been with the company for a very long time. These employees are a wealth of knowledge and have strong skill sets.

Lack of leadership connection with the teams doing the actual work. They have very few growth opportunities outside the local plant for employees to pursue.
