casual environment business casual dress code employees are nice and easy to work with fairly good work culture company is very profitable seems loyal to employees who get the job done, good retention rate, a lot of the staff has been working there for 10+ years Good opportunities to learn new skills

There's too much work for relatively few employees, at least in corporate Salaried employees tend to work 50+ hours/week Work-life balance is poor Salaries are so-so
