Pros
Clean place, has cafeteria and generally good people to work with. Great work life balance, depending on department of course
Cons
Youre expected to learn your job through osmosis, because the management will avoid training you at all costs. There is no training program, you have to bug everyone around you until you catch up. If youre into that sort of thing, you'll love it, but there is no later reward for all that stress and hard work. Not recommended.
