      Decent work- life balance, stock options

      Cons

      Complacent “leaders” who are comfortable fast-following competitors and being second best; Slow to adopt trends; No racial diversity in senior leadership, and no appreciation for diverse consumer populations; Shady financial practices and senior leaders who manipulate results for personal gain; Toxic culture where people are mistreated and bullied.

      Super great work culture, small company feel. Everyone knows everyone from the interns up to the C suite.

      Cons

      Behind on technology but its improving, also very slow moving corporate enviornment. Barely to no entry level/young talent.

      Work life balance is not great. I do the job of 3 people and no matter what cannot prove my case to get headcount on my team
