You have the potential to make a lot of money here. The benefits are great, you get a lot of free stuff from the brand, breaks are paid.
Cons
The people at this location specifically are very discriminatory, specifically racist and homophobic. It is characteristic of the area but no excuse. A lot of departments are very overworked, you will be forced to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. There is no room for advancement within the company, even if they lie and tell you there is. They only hire from outside and never promote from within. This has caused many great employees to leave. Management is a train wreck. It is all about workplace politics and favoritism. New hires and unruly, vindictive employees will be given the best hours to get them to stay and the loyal hardworking veterans will be put on the back burner. Don’t get me started on the drama in this place. It is worse than high school. Be prepared for lies, rumors, and attempts to destroy your reputation especially if you are a woman, an outgoing/kind person, or in the least bit attractive.
