overall the company is constantly growing.
Cons
Work load can be overwhelming. The company is constantly adding acquisitions but doesn't hire any additional employees to cover the work. Instead they put it on the current employees and expect them to cover the work. Senior management is ancient. Incompetent Managers that have been in the same position for over 10yrs, some from when they were still Carter Wallace, who are not concerned with developing their employees but rather pointing a finger and expecting immediate results.
