Pros
Lean organization, so employees regularly have the opportunity to interact with directors and VPs. Very little red tape relating to projects; if you have an idea, you can execute it.
Cons
Typical work politics, not about what you know but who you know. HR and management will say promotions are based on merit not time of service, but those with longer service are often promoted over those that improve the organization. Work-life balance leaves something to be desired, because the company is supported by the 20% of people that work hard and intelligently. Pay is not the greatest, and benefits are slowly dwindling.
