HR does not conduct business the same as other companies, their lack of addressing visible issues within the business units is disappointing. Exit interviews are not conducted therefore not helping the organization better themselves on problems that need to be addressed. Senior management is horrible with the R&D department, showing little to no care about who really completes the work. Horrible behaviors are accepted and praised and rewarded with promotions. Benefits and other incentives have been cut such as employee stock program. The workload is not compensated with pay, the company is very lean making each workload almost double. There is no career growth, people get promoted based on likability and exceptions to promotions are done for company favorites.
