      Cons

      Gives off the impression they really don't care about it's employees. Won't listen to employees. Good luck tier up.

      Pros

      Super great work culture, small company feel. Everyone knows everyone from the interns up to the C suite.

      Cons

      Behind on technology but its improving, also very slow moving corporate enviornment. Barely to no entry level/young talent.

      Work life balance is not great. I do the job of 3 people and no matter what cannot prove my case to get headcount on my team
