Pros
Good boss in my department, good co-workers and a lot of work and challenges to keep you busy. Good benefits.
Cons
The politics in this company are not helpful to a female trying to get hired/promoted. It is hard to advance anywhere just based on your skills alone. You have to have a lot of friends in upper management to be able to get a promotion, and men start with a higher pay, even if they have less experience than a female employee. Certain departments are good to work for and others will have you running for the door.
