Pros
Work life balance is amazing. Base salary is okay but come in high as you won't be getting a raise anytime soon. Commission is above the industry norm. Management listens but doesn't seem to be able to do much with concerns.
Cons
4th quarter earnings and the course of the past few years is causing me to wonder how long things will stay good.
