      Pros

      There are some great people working here. Team members are helpful and have formed support networks that fill the gaps.

      Cons

      This is a staffing company that is trying (unsuccessfully) to be a technology/consulting/software company. It doesn't have the talent or pocketbook to do all these things well. There is no bench so there is always the risk of being let go when work slows down or disappears.
