When it came to Bonus pay out, there was a Organizational rating for each individual apart from the supervisor rating,which marked 1(least) for almost all employees, but no one knows the criteria . Offered 7 % Bonus and got 1.3 % after putting 200 % of the effort for the whole year. They change their policies all of sudden with out intimating the employees upfront. If you plan to join, be prepared to work for at least 16 hrs a day with out extra hour pay. Understaffed with all clients
