They every so often will bring in a new manager who will actually be helpful, because the Ciber way is not yet engrained in them.
Cons
Recruiters lie (promised unlimited OT) Does not provide salary increases, even when additional money and approval is give by contracting company. Lack of communication. Does not provided annual reviews as stated. There is no respect for the worker Only interested in bottom dollar - no business ethics
