no pros for a company that is declining in growth.
Cons
1) worst recruiting team and re-deployment team. when the project gets over HR advice employees to look employment some where else. 2) indirectly forcing old employees to resign by taking away their benefits. 3) no sign of growth even for talented and hardworking employees.
