Pros
CIBER's benefits package was good IF you qualified for it. Most field employees did not qualify. Luxurious office facility, although most employees occupied standard cubicles they were nice.
Cons
Really didn't care about what an employee thought or felt, they only cared about the bottom line profits. Lived and breathed by the Wall Street evaluations. Walked away from very lucrative business opportunities because they were staffing not outsourcing. Sales teams received mediocre training and little support, but LOTS of verbal abuse. Incentive program pitted Sales against Recruiting rather than creating a partnership. Field consultants are disposable products, when the project is done, good luck, laid-off with no severance or placement assistance.
