I wish I had something good to say about this company - Anonymous employee Ciber Employee Review

Shame on Ciber for how they treat their employees/consultants. They have no respect for anyone. All they care about is money and all you have to do is type in "ciber" in the news and they are all over the pages. Just shows what happens when you don't care about employees and only money. The ship is going down. Do not even think of working for Ciber. Pay is terrible - no raises in 4 years. We never got a review when we were supposed to so never knew how we were doing as far as goals.
