      Pros

      CIBER Base Pay and Hourly Rates seem fair. Mostly decent benefits. Good clients. Freedom to do things your own way, very little supervision.

      Cons

      Not the place to be if you want a career. Very confused and confusing management that seems afraid to learn what's is and isn't working. So many hidden, unannounced changes of significance....
