Discouraging situation - Principal C Ciber Employee Review

2 week bench?!? Poor management communication. Delayed our expense checks without keeping us fully informed at all times. Changed the expense reimbursement policy (time) without a proper, transparent notification. Poor project management/some awful employees - people kept based on political skills, not talent. It's a wonder any project is successful.
