Can't think of any pros for this company. It's just not worth it.
Cons
- Rude Unethical Liers - No Sick Leaves and holidays. Even if your client is off you should work from home. - Almost no benefits. 401K matching is vested after 2 years nothing before that. -Low pay, no growth. -If you are working onsite at client's office then Ciber doesn't have anything to do with you. They are just there to approve your timesheet.
