Pros
Salaries and Commissions are at market.
Cons
While the company does have a couple of ERP related practices, what CIBER claims to have as "Practices" and "Managed Services" is really just based on a very good recruiting engine where they obtain talent as needed to fill a given customer's requirements. It is very difficult to pull the wool over the eyes of sophisticated buyers when you are actually hiring on demand or subcontracting. Basics like white papers, case studies, success stories, testimonials and customer references are simply non-existent outside the two ERP practices. When I did not win a deal because there was no practice behind the RFP response, I was fired on the spot for being unwilling to try and buy the business and jeopardize the prospects project success.
