Pros
Ciber employs individuals with the ability to tele-commute. Pay comparable to other companies. Use of alternate communication methods (Skype).
Cons
The practice was supposed to be about user experience, as I was told when hired. I can say without reservation they don't understand the difference between UI Design (visual) and UX Design (strategy applied to visual). Manager was never available. The company doesn't value quality over quantity.
