Cons
Misguided understanding of growth and success. Leadership is extremely disconnected from reality on the front lines of the marketplace. They are providing a highly priced staffing service using the same bodies as other staffing firms, just giving them benefits. They do not have any of the national practices and in house capabilities or support they claim to. Their goal is to capture large projects and off shore as much as they can to maximize profitability. Far more focused on the profitability of deal and the margin of a deal than they are landing what business they can, building meaningful relationships, and setting a long term stage for success.
