      no over sight . They just run the paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible benefit packages. Don't have many internal opportunities to move on. Ciber cuts all the client holidays from Employees personal and vacation days. That means, you are paying for the days you can't work, because client is off in Christmas or thanks giving
